AMS (Access Management System) is a web application within the LAT framework to manage centrally all principal entities (users & user-groups), their roles and access privileges on Domains and Resources of the Archive. It allows corpus managers to set the intended permissions on the different branches of the archive, according to the needs of the researchers.
It is a web-based application and it is accessible via the IMDI Browser. To access it, do the following:
- select a node from the archive tree-browser (applet)
- choose “set access rights” from the right-mouse-context menu
