Hi, our web server recently switched to https://. I updated our corpus accordingly, however, some colleagues report that ELAN is still unable to load the ECV and is relying on a cached copy.
Is ELAN able to fetch over HTTPS?
This seems to depend on the combination of the version of the operating system and the version of Java included in or used by ELAN.
E.g. on masOS it seems to work on Yosemite but not High Sierra or Mojave.
Because of serious problems (crashes etc.) on Mojave 10.14.4, we try to release a new version soon (maybe today, otherwise early next week), which will include a Java 11 version and ECV’s over https should then work again.
